like anyone else in the US (except Arizona, Arizona doesn’t count), today is the day to complain about the daylight saving switch – our media cycle will have moved on to something else to distract us with by tomorrow
There are measurable adverse effects of clock-shifts on human health. It has been shown to disrupt human circadian rhythms, negatively affecting human health in the process, and that the yearly DST clock-shifts can increase health risks such as heart attack and traffic accidents.
I think I’m on the side of just switching to daylight saving and not coming off (ie. making daylight saving permanent)
