many years ago, I managed to dislocate my shoulder (requiring a hospital run, a sedative, and a nurse to get it popped back in) – since that time, every-now-and-then I would manage to pop it back out (reaching for something too fast, turning around the wrong way) – the flinch of pain was usually enough for my muscles to pop it back in leaving me with a bruised shoulder for a week or so – I recently noticed that I haven’t popped in in several years – has it finally managed to heal? – or did I subconsciously manage to train myself to just not do that anymore?
