as you get older, your body starts betraying you in small and uncomfortable ways – do I snore? – I’ve been told I do and my sinuses certainly clog up enough to warrant my body snoring – on the one hand, I don’t wake up with the sore throat that I associate with snoring – on the other hand, I do wake up with a dry mouth and a sense of dehydration – if I don’t snore, at night have I become (“o, horrors”) a mouth-breather?
