of late, Saturday «breakfasts» have been a haphazard adaptation of Chinese video on savory oatmeal pancakes – «pancakes» is my rather loose translation (but then the video also starts off promising only two ingredients)

🔗 (youtube) If You Have 1 Cup of Oats and 2 Eggs, Make This 5 Minutes Recipe for Breakfast

• 1/4 c. muesli
• 1/4 c. nut and cranberry mix
• 1 tsp. spice mix – I started with ras el hanout, but pumpkin pie spice would work
• 2 eggs
• cooking oil
• mix muesli, nuts, spice mix, and eggs together – add oil to pan – pour in mix, cook first side, flip, and cook second side
• serve with maple syrup
