I have a nice new system, I’ve been using nano for updating these daily notes,
and I have Obsidian for keeping track of my notes, ideas, lists, and quotes – and yet I have
a stack of random pieces of paper, paper pads, and a notebook on my desk that I still end up
writing in – the notebook is for keeping track of work stuff (stuff that doesn’t merit an
entry into Outlook) – the pieces of paper are for transitory items – to-dos, reminders,
shopping lists, items that don’t merit being digitally immortalized
