I keep talking about how I like Lua – and I keep promising myself I’ll get back into re-learning it, coding in it, actually using it – and so it just keeps sitting on the back burner – then I get a new distraction that requires a script – and instead of trying it out in Lua, I end up just cobbling something together in ash instead – and since the shell script version works just fine, I haven’t bothered to upgrade it before getting distracted by something new
