Sabir was never a literary language so what we know of it is mostly limited to secondary sources (often Maghrebi accounts) – because of this, I was toying with the idea of a Sabir Nuve constructed language – there is Lingua Franca Nova but while it is inspired by the Romance creole languages, it seems to have completely ignored the Arabic influences on Sabir – and if we look at Romance based constructed languages, there’s certainly no shortage there – Esperanto, Interlingua, Interlingue, Latino sine flexione, and the list goes on
