yes, I’ve been wishy-washy about deciding whether to use thumbnail images for the Open Graph image and the RSS feed – not evan all that long ago I was whinging about it being extra work – I’ve yet again gone back to including them but this time, my reasoning is more focused on the Open Graph side of things – I like the idea of POSSE and I regularly link to these note on Mastodon – but I also do a separate post with just the photo – and now I’m worrying about whether people liking the post meant to like the photo or not …
