has moved from W3C to WHATWG with supplemental references being handled by
MDN and W3Schools – in the last 33 years of trying to separate semantic markup
(HTML) from presentation markup (CSS), there’s still no way to mark up
conversations, dialogues, plays, discourse, meetings, chats, or instant messages
– the current recommendation is just a long chain of <p> tags
