I’ve pulled the plug and removed the monthly index pages – effectively, it turns these notes into one long linear list with no other access than a direct link or the five most recent items on the front page – the “elsewhen” links below allow for larger jumps, but only backwards (I like the idea of being able to re-surface old notes) – but beyond indexing old posts, I just didn’t feel like the index pages were contributing anything to these notes – effectively, this pushes things over into the journal concept and away from the digital garden concept
