I now spend most of my life parked in front of my desktop – I have an aging Android tablet for those rare times I’m out on the road and want something a little more comfortable than my phone screen – but as I was doing some recent cleaning, I stumbled across an old 30-pin iPad … that I have abolutely no memory of – it has a well worn case and scratches on the screen so it’s clearly seen some significant use – but I would have to look through my purchase histories to even know when I bought it – is it simply my memory fading with age or just a side-effect of this capitalist obsession with collecting “stuff”?
