I get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, but for the last couple of weeks I’ve felt just kinda out of it – I’m not far enough north for seasonal affective disorder and I’m not sick or exhausted – but then I’m not energetic and active and raring for spring either – just kind of an emotional pall hanging over my head, a mild malaise, a generalized listlessness that can’t even muster up the energy to become a proper lethargy
