the World Calendar belongs to a subset of perennial calendars called blank-day
calendars – a year that is 364 days long plus 1 or 2 intercalary days and using
the same rules as the Gregorian calendar for calculating leap years – at this
point, I’m not all that inclined to cater to Sabbatarians: they can get 1 or 2
extra religious days each year and be done with it – tacking the intercalary
days onto the end of the year not only simplifies the math (when using
