talking about switching from reality TV to “lifestyle” channels and I find I am really encouraged by the number of Millenials and Gen-Z who are willing to just say “Fuck it!”, head off to parts unknown with a GoPro, and start restoring an abandoned cottage, set up a small garden, fix bicycles, or revive an old craft – people who are willing to abandon the grind mentality (whether through choice or burnout) and embrace a slower, more healing lifestyle
