so, yes, I’ve come up with yet another pixel conversion and it’s very much “in the feel of” rather than being period accurate – this time it’s a Commodore 64 inspired conversion – drop down to 320×200, Atkinson dither, and reduce to the 16-color VIC palette – in the real world, this would only have been possible if you had a REU installed
