however many years later, Japanese manga and anime are still fixated on the isekai trope whereas Korean manhwa seem more enamored with the regression trope – and I certainly made enough cringey decisions in my past that I would be more than happy to redo – but regression without perfect memory sounds like it would set me on the path of just redoing the same bad decisions – but this time with the added stress of kicking myself afterwards knowing I had made the wrong decision a second time
