ran into an odd little “glitch” with awk’s mkdate function
(or at least with Busybox’s version) – when the month value is ‘0’, it errors
out (returns ‘–1’) and the error value gets interpreted as the date ‘1969-12-31’
– it still works fine with other non-standard month numbers (‘–1’ returns
‘November’) so I had to add in a little if-then fudge check to
adjust things when month is ‘0’
