someone commented on one of the Itchy Boots’ Turkey videos that it was refreshing to see more positive views on Turkey, they found negative prejudice far more common – and there’s certainly a lot of positives – friendly people, gorgeous landscapes, archeological sites that shaped European history, and world renowned food and cuisine – but as long as Erdoğan is allowed to remain in power, my personal prejudices are staying in place – I probably shouldn’t be talking considering the current US president, but prejudices are never rational
