I’ve been sticking with ash on this system so far – I’m pretty sure
bash was installed as a dependency of some other package I added
but, along with all the other fancy shells like zsh,
fish, or nushell, I haven’t felt the need to upgrade
since I’m not a developer needing to rely on all the extra features they provide
– one of the features the advanced shells regularly advertise is configurable
tab completion – and yet ash’s basic tab completion has easily met
all my needs
