“Correlation does not imply causation” and yet just the act of juxtaposing items makes us create relations – for these notes, I pick the photo-of-the-day from the archive of digitized photos I have, I pick the song-of-the-day from a separate list of music I’ve munged together, and then I add a short comment about whatever’s been bouncing around inside my noggin – and yet, just by placing these items next to each other each day, I start concocting fantasies about how they work together
